- Tertiary education in clerical and Office administration is preferred.
- 5 years- experience in an Electrical Industry.
- Efficient in coordination, oral communication, and reporting.
- Effective handling of customer enquiries and service- Related matters.
- Capable of working in a fast paced ever changing work environment.
- Competent with computer systems, and associated software such as Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
- Have a professional and outgoing demeanor towards clients and work mates.
- Proper knowledge and use of the English language.
- School Certificate (min) preferable HSC.
Responsibilities:
The duties will include but no limited to; coordination and communication between managers and service personnel; as well- As handling of customer enquiries and service- Related matters, i. E. , performed pricing, processed orders, inventory, maintained service scheduling and updating this data entry into our inhouse computer system.
