The Commntre operates hours a day, 7 days a week, days a year through its two-site model across Australia diay bringing together business, regulatory chnology expertise - the Commntre employs a holistic view to service governance surance, by managing business, technical, customer gulatory impacts of an incident within a single, integrated approachp>

The Service Monitoring & Incident Manager is a dynamic role in the Commntre, who will:

Challenge the way we deliver our services in order to improve the value that we provide to our Stakeholders stomers
Develop intain strong collaborative relationships across the bank amongst a diverse range of business, communications chnology partners
Have a strong ability to understsiness & customer impacts during an incident - to clearly articulate service impacts to our stakeholders, influence form technical recovery
Shape fluence the design of service monitoring to ensure that we continue to enhance our monitoring capability to prevent disruptions intain service flow
Maintain rigor scipline insho w we work, including ensuring all escalations mmunications adhere to the Incident Confidential Framework

About You

To grow successful in this role, we are looking for the following:

Clear fective communication skills, both written rbal which ensures that your Incident communications is relatable across a broad range of business & technical stakeholders
You have a strong oven ability to solve complex problems, by demonstrating curiosity itical thinking, asking the right questions
You demonstrate clear und judgment to confidently make timely, informed, ta-driven decisions that best meet the needs of a broad range of stakeholders
You possess strong stakeholder Confidential skills - including your ability to build intain networks negotiate with influence
An affinity for process discipline, design isation - passion for continuous improvement
