JOB DESCRIPTION

Join the well established IT Service Desk Team providing first level support for colleagues experiencing IT issues, resolving at first point of contact where possible, calating as requiredp>

In order to secure this role, you will have great customer service skills od underst of IT technology with some experience in a similar role raising T tickets as well as excellent customer service skillsp>

You should also have an excellent communication skills, be a quick learner with a proactive approach in addressing a clients needs in a timely fashion st importantly be available on short noticep>

Your skills should also include:

Active Directory
Windows operating systems
Basic Networking
Excellent troubleshooting/diagnostic skills

Excellent communication terpersonal skills
Patience e ability to work through the incident/issue with the end user
Experience working in ITIL ile environments
