Embedded in the Learn & Adopt value stream within the ANZx program of work, your teams mission is to attract new customers to our brw proposition lp existing Confidential customers migrate in a planned, seamless, egant way/p>

What could your day look like-
This is a -up idea! We-re -building as we go- so expect a combination of on the tools design work the field researchhen ideate, design st experiences that our customers will love, want ed/p>Map the interactions sign the experience based on feasibility, desirability ability constraints
Facilitate the creation of service blueprints that capture customer journeys p against supporting ANZx processes stems
Design prototypes, pilots oof of Concepts PoC in partnership with the team ndors anslating insights into refined services ready for scaled rollout
Engage stakeholders rtner with vendors about customer insights rvice design requirements
Applying behavioural change interventions rketing communication strategies to support pilot / rollout delivery

Placing the customer at the centre of your work world, you thrive on ambiguity e able to adapt to a continuously evolving environmente-d like to see some of the followingp>Ability to bring to life key touchpoints perience moments - you bring customer experiences to life through sketches, wireframes ototypes to support design critique eration
Journey Mapping -visualise the end-to-end customer journey, mapping the relationship between different service components; people, propositions ocesses
Design research - you are adept at exploratory aluative research n translate research data into meaningful insights
Value ocess mapping - breaking down processes oving where they provide value to our business our customers
Design craft - You understd have designed experiences for a comprehensive set of service touchpoints e, UX design, physical space, assisted channelsbr>Underst, knowledge perience working with Accessibility sts i, WCAG 2
