About The Role

As a Senior Stress Testing recasting Manager, your role is to undertake stress tests recasts of the key credit metrics of the Group through improving the efficiency, consistency curacy of the credit metric estimates, driving consolidation more rigorous forecasting ress testing processes proved modelling techniques, naging derst the impact of economic, business, regulatory, methodology her changes, incorporating emerging risk types such as Climate Risk on credit metrics recast/stress test outcomesp>

Other accountabilities include:

Complete the credit forecasts for the Group, identifying key P&L pital impacts through detailed investigation of key credit metricsbr>Help develop methodologies to complete stress tests for emerging risk types including climate risk for Confidential erseas regulators
Develop intain a robust process for the inclusion of feedback to/from stakeholders into the delivery/ratification of forecasts/stress tests
Provide credit metrics estimates for stress tests AAP, operating plan, strategic plan, temporary adjustments pacity planning on an on-going basis, early communicate outcomes to senior stakeholders
Lead velop a sub-team of stress testing edit loss forecasting staffbr>Act as a role model in exhibiting behaviors consistent with Confidential Values hics
