has a new opportunity for an engaging ghly motivated Senior Safety, Health, Environment & Wellbeing SHE&W Advisor to join our teamou will play a key role in theplementation of health fety programs itiatives, supporting SHE&W strategies throughout the region in Victoria & South Australiap>

This is a hn role, which will see you participating in office eld-based work on some of largest st complex infrastructure projectsou will also have a close working relationship with our Victorian uth Australian leadership teams e broader SHE&W team across Australia w Zealp>

The Role

We are looking for someone who is confident llaborative, able to influence gage our people as well as mentor a team of safety professionalsp>

Based in our Melbourne office, this role will see you lead the SHE&W function across the Victorian uth Australian region, supporting operational leadership e Australia w ZealE&W Director to pragmatically manage SHE&W risks , drive continuous improvement whilst ensuring a strong culture of SHE&W excellence is upheldp>

As an active member of our SHE&W team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to theplementation of health fety programs itiatives, whilst supporting projects across the regionp>

Minimum Requirements

In order , you will ideally have some or all of the following:

Minimum diploma level in Occupational Health fety or related field;

Proven SHE&W experience in, or engineering/environmental consulting;

Experience in developing implementing new health fety procedures, programs or initiatives;

Excellent communication skills pability to lead fluence;

Approachable demeanour demonstrable capability in working with senior leaders rious technical/non-technical stakeholder groups;

Strong underst of perience in implementing SHE llbeing risk Confidential principles;

Proven experience in Incident investigation;

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Safety/Health/Environment;

Other health fety training will be highly regarded Incident investigation, systems auditing, return to work coordination, trainer sessor, ergonomicsp>

Experience or qualifications relating to wellbeing or psychosocial risk Confidential will be highly regardedp>
