You will guide your cross functional team through the Human Centred Design process to deliver on a strategic piece of work in enhancing ansformingsho w Confidential procures goods rvices as well as improve the third party risk Confidential approache are looking for a senior service designer with extensive relevant experience, including a deep background in UX design, to join a small cross-functional team of experts to focus on service design to gain deeper insights into these processes portunities to simplify ansformolutions will be prototyped sted prior to scaling across our businessp>

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following

Research

Engaging in user research with third parties, bank staff her stakeholders
Leading synthesis of research to identify esent user segments y actionable insights
Defining a plan t of initiatives based on insights from research
Documenting insights gments

Mapping

Defining end to end customer journey/s
Rapidly underst internal processes that support the customer experience
Building a service blueprint

Facilitation llaboration

Collaborating with a cross-functional team of BA, Tech, Product, Front line, operations, process design, risk, legal
Coaching iding your cross-functional team to apply a service design approach
Planning cilitating workshops with staff stomers to co-design ototype
Comfortable presenting to senior leaders
Mentoring the broader team on Human Centered Design approach

Prototyping sting

Prototyping a set of touchpoints along the journey - ranging from screens to service interactions with staff, paper-based forms, systems flow charts oryboards
Conduct testing of prototypes with users pture insights edback
Designing more refined prototypes reframes or screen designs to inform business requirementsbr>Documenting the key features of prototypes sign requirements for subsequent detailed design
