Your new role
This 1st line role is responsible for operationalising the Three Lines of Accountability within Strategy Brmp; Reputation the overall implementation of which is being led by the 2nd line Group Risk function; supporting the delivery of the Financial Accountability Regime FAR; suring the Strategy Brmp; Reputation group meet their 1st line risk Confidential, audit surance obligationsn addition, this position is also responsible for role modelling iving a sound risk culture across the Strategy Brmp; Reputation group th key stakeholdersr>
Some of your key duties will include:

Ensure risk within SB&R is managed in accordance with the Fund-s risk Confidential framework including incident Confidential, risk identification nfidential, risk profiling sk reportingr>Proactively encourage the identification porting of key risks, incidents ndings, action plansr>Assist in the provision of reporting requirements for various functions including e for SB&R Leadership, Executive team, Board Committees e Board on relevant short ng-term trends, performance ecific projects, risks, opportunities allenges
Develop rture strong relationships within SB&R ross 1st line, 2nd line d line areas across the Fundr>

What you-ll need

Proven experience in risk Confidential regulatory compliance, ideally working in the Financial Servicesr>Proven ability to contribute to strategic initiatives
Strong knowledge of risk mpliance frameworks
Strong communication/presentation/reporting skills ility to influence
Strong reporting, analytical skills tention to detail
An ability to analyse trends, diagnose problems sues en recommend actions dealing with underlying root causes
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously ioritise work accordingly
Experience in developing relationships with key stakeholders from a variety of levels
