Full Time Senior Occupational Therapist
Salary $95,000 - $105,000 -negotiable.

Responsibilities:

- Challenge technologies and moral frameworks of supremacy which deny the humanity of those who are not deemed -elite-.
- Humility & value for interconnectedness
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- Professional registration with AHPRA.
- Experience delivering evidence- Ased therapy to a paediatric, adolescent and/or adult caseload.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities in an autonomous, efficient, and effective manner.
- An understanding of the NDIS framework and working within a fee for service model is desired.
- Be able to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills - written, oral and listening.
- Demonstrate excellent computer skills.
- NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR) or willingness to obtain one.
- Current NSW Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Must have a valid driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.

- Provide creative and inclusive high- Quality Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention service that is evidence based and solutions focused.
- Manage a mixed caseload with complex and varied needs. Ensuring equitable outcomes for all of our lovely participants
- Be able to work with participants of all ages, sexualities, cultures & their families and carers to identify strengths, skills and goals.
- Use appropriate assessment tools and methods to assess strengths and areas of development, in order to identify suitable intervention strategies.
- Be able to deliver therapy in a variety of environments, e. G. , centre based, schools/preschools, group homes, homes and via telehealth.
- Contribute proactively to the ongoing development of professional knowledge and skills within the Occupational Therapy profession.
