About The Role

You will perform review allenge to help embed the Operational Risk Framework I sound risk culture within Banking Services so drive a culture of quality ntinuous improvementhe role is expected to perform review oversight over the Confidential of material risks to ensure the business operates effectively, provide risk advisory services across the Banking Services business unitsp>

This will be thru driving improvement in risk capability /culture/awareness omote operational risk managementill also include planning dertaking appropriate review allenge of 1st line risk Confidential activities eg risk profiling, Key Risk Indicators, control testing, regulatory change implementation, product risk assessmentsou are also to provide reporting sights, identify trends ke recommendations in relation tosho w risks mpliance obligations are being identified, assessed naged across the Portfolio

You are expected to instil an innovative approach to risk Confidential, balancing risk with a commercial appreciation for the growth objectives of Banking Serviceshis will be achieved through embedding a risk ality perspective scipline in key business initiatives, ongoing Confidential sessment of compliance gulatory matters entification of any control ocess weaknessesp>

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Knowledge of the payment industry, regulatory compliance lpe, credit/debit payments systems
Strong fundamental in all aspects of risk Confidential, including Confidential of key regulatory obligations, risks ntrols related to banking services
Strong ability to a conduct independent thematic reviews oviding opinions to senior Confidential
Able to leverage digital technology ta to enable faster re effective decision making
Builds trusted advisory relationships across the Confidential with a strong ability to influence cceed through collaboration
