As the Senior Manager, Australia Retail mmercial Communications, you will be responsible for leading a small team to develop liver communications strategies in support of the Group Executive, Australia Retail mmercial e division-s strategic agenda role includes working in a high pressure high expectations environment where you will be leading pporting issues putation Confidential while still delivering on multiple strategic priorities in a continuously evolving mplex environment>

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

Line Confidential of four direct reports, including their growth velopment, prioritisation of work, pport for difficult conversations
Developing at times in conjunction with Head of Australia oup Communications iving delivery of key strategies in support of our strategic agenda
Developing ading delivery of divisional work in support of its transformation
Running process to define work requests, agree service levels ioritise delivery, pport your team to deliver in line with these
In conjunction with the media relations team, support issues Confidential for the division
Join the incident roster team as a senior member ovide support for team members on business continuity cident rosters
