The People Branch provides operational, tactical and strategic human resources support to the business to create a safe, resilient and just DCJ where people can realise their potential.

About the role

As a Senior Advisor in the Aboriginal Employment Strategy team within the People branch, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of policies, initiatives, programs and advice contained in the Department-s new Aboriginal Employment Strategy, -2025.es in innovating insho w we attract and recruit Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people,sho w we develop and retain, andsho w we build organisational cultural capability and inclusive workplaces.Inclusion team and focusing on Aboriginal employment, the role will also use data and evidence-based insights to support governance, embed best and build insight and accountability.

Demonstrated experience in evaluating and analysing data to drive insights
Leading the analysis and consolidation of relevant information to support strategic development and implementation
Developing briefs, policy and discussion to contribute to responses to Ministerial, Cabinet or Department requests.ntain relationship with other business areas and service providers to improve consistency
