About our Centre

Glenelg is located in the beach side suburb of Glenelg
The centre is open from 6. to 6., Monday to Friday
We cater for 70 children, aged from six weeks to kindergarten age
to schools, shops, parks and accessible by public transport

Your role

, fulltime role with immediate start in the Toddler; Experience as a team player with strong communication and leadership skills, who can guide and support other members of the centre; An ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework EYLF and National Quality Standards NQS is; Must hold minimum Diploma level early childhood qualification ACECQA; Hold a current DCSI working with children-s clearance
Hold a current First Aid qualification


Actively contribute to the education program in the room and
the centre team
Engage and supervise the children at all times
Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
Support a culture of reflective and ongoing continuous improvement
Support the centre director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
Responsible for the overall management of the centre in the centre directors- absence
Build respectful and reciprocal relationships with children and families
Actively support the centre-s attendance targets
Use and implement the Goodstart Guide
