Your Opportunity

The Confidential People & Change Brisbane team are growing, are seeking to engage an exceptional cte with experience in leading the delivery of large-scale change on engagements of a transformational nature ? this include Strategy, Service Delivery/Operating Model, Process Design, Governance, chnology.

We are looking for Senior Consultants nagers who can help drive our continued delivery excellence as well as support growth of our public ivate sector client accounts. You will:

Take ownership of your own activity streams within projects
Apply your strategic problem solving, data analysis, report writing oject Confidential skills, harnessing your truly customer centric approach ssion for achieving great results for your client
Manage one or more client engagements or components of large-scale engagements, as well as individually contribute to quality work on the engagement.
Provide input ntribute to the planning livery of engagements including work plans, timelines, project Confidential source allocation
Provide coaching adership to members of the team to develop their capabilities, supply chain knowledge eir contribution, always maximizing engagement ality outcomes.

, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

Have demonstrable experience of Transformation Change in industry or as a Confidential consultant.
Relevant experience evidenced by a demonstrable track record of shaping, planning livering transformation, preferably involving technology implementations.
Proven technical capability in the design livery of the following:
Change Strategy an
Stakeholder Engagement approach
Change Impact Assessment sociated change intervention strategies
Operational/Business Readiness
Capability Uplift
Have strong advisory ient relationship skills.
Are a self-motivated individual who enjoys working in strong, collaborative team environments.
Proactively build intain strategic relationships with key internal ternal stakeholders including comfort in engaging with executive-level clients.
