What-s your mission-

Are you an Confidential Design subject matter expert looking to work in an agile ogressive Confidential- Look no further-

As part of the internal consulting team that helps shape our future Confidential you will lead the design livery of diverse, large scale people initiatives such as operating model & organisational design programs, input into restructures & offshoring ganisational design elements relating to mergers, acquisitions & divestments, all of which are aligned to Confidential-s strategic business prioritiesp>

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Partnering with the Business ting as their trusted Confidential Design consultant
Contributing to developing Confidential-s Confidential Design proposition pability uplift
Coach skill the wider PTC team, particularly sharing knowledge perience
Act as a SME across Confidential design, operating model design, governance, countability design
Act as the employee advocate to optimise prove their experience during change
Identify plement continuous improvement initiatives

Learn, innovate, experiment everyday - because underpinning everything we do is a growth mindset/p>

What could your day look like-

Partner with the business to conduct current state assessments for teams alyse thematic pain points to inform future design
Define target state Confidential design that aligns with the Confidential strategy
Support the design of clear governance countabilities to support effective decision making within the business
Develop ecute a solution with the employee experience at the front ntre of any transformation
Lead pport your project team to successfully deliver on a common goal
Contribute to PTC nfidential Design Continuous Improvement initiatives owledge sharing with peers

What-s in your toolkit-

Experience leading pporting Confidential design ansformation programs including operating model transformation
Accountability vernance; clearly defining accountabilities within ross functional teams to ensure effective decision making, role clarity proved operational delivery
Partner with the business to identify opose a viable solution, with at times minimal information
A proven ability to lead plement global projects successfully
Adaptable pable of dealing with complexities biguity in a constantly evolving environment
Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, including influencing allenging tricky decisions
