As a Senior Change Manager for this Simplification program, you will be responsible for planning, owning, livering a comprehensive, effective organisational change Confidential plan in line with the objectives of the program e wider Technology strategy at Confidentialp>

Working closely with the Simplification leadership team, you will ensure that all of the program-s change impacts are discovered cumented on a change Confidential dashboard, that risks sues are raised sponded to in a timely, effective way, at stakeholders diences are kept informed gaged at all stages along the transformation journeyp>

You will conduct readiness assessments to determine stakeholder preparedness for the changes ive the resulting actionsou will thrive with the relationship building nior stakeholder Confidential aspect of the role, constantly reaching beyond your immediate team to better underste macro environment in which the Simplification program is operating applying those insights to improve the effectiveness of your change plan/p>
