The Customer Resolution Portfolio is a champion for listening to our customers lving their problemse make a difference to our customers by resolving complaints with consistency irness while promoting the value of insights to our colleagues in frontline businesses ibes to drive improvement in our products rvicesp>

We have multiple permanent opportunities available in our Complex dispute resolution team in the Customer Resolution Portfolioou will join a team of dedicated senior complaint resolution professionals to resolve those complaints with greater complexity sensitivity for customers across Australia Retail & Commercials a senior case manager, you will provide insights are learnings on complex complaints with the portfolio to support our capability uplift focusp>

About You

To grow successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Proven dispute resolution experience with an exceptional ability to investigate, analyse, negotiate solve complex issues
Excellent interpersonal, written rbal communication akeholder Confidential skills, supported with a data-driven mindset
High level underst of the law, including banking or another relevant area
Demonstrated ability to quickly gain a thorough underst of products, systems, policies ocedures
Ability to prioritise rk under pressure aise effectively at all levels, including senior Confidential ecutive level
Highly motivated, results driven, team stomer-focused
An underst of dispute resolution principles, knowledge of Australian Financial Complaints Authority AFCA processes quirements along with alternative dispute resolution principles would be beneficial but not a requirement
