Your new role
As a senior associate in the Valuations team, you will assist in maintenance lift of the Funds valuation of unlisted assetshis will involve delivery of procedures in accordance with valuation policy amework including delivering views on the value of a diverse range of assets across Infrastructure, Equities, Debt the Funds Valuation Committeeou will share your expertise in leading through the Confidential of the valuation of assets on an annual, semi-annual or quarterly cycle valuations including provision of information, facilitation of Confidential meetings, reviewing draft reports in conjunction with the asset class teamou will feel comfortable in the running of RPFs for new assets or when rotation is required, including engaging valuers gotiating termsou will take ownership in the maintenance view of the valuation panel along with the review of independent valuation reportshis will include model checks, verify accuracy of inputs, assessing the reasonableness of key assumptions mmenting on the appropriateness of the final valueome other key duties include but not limited to;

Controlling valuation risk by ensuring valuation conclusions are appropriate have robust documentation to support our valuation conclusionsr>Active involvement with the Asset Class teams including Infrastructure, Equity, Debt understd challenge valuation assumptions, inputs sure an independent viewr>Reviewing key valuation metrics sumptions for consistency across the portfolio intain tabase thereofr>Engaging with portfolio Confidential teams, Transactions teams her teams on valuation issuesr>Administering the valuation timetable including the RFP process sure valuations are recorded on a timely basisr>Researching veloping valuation insights for use in the valuation of unlisted assets throughout the lifecycle buy, hold llrking with junior team membersr>

What you-ll need

Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or or related field along with postgraduate qualifications such as CA/CPA or CFAbr>6 + years- experience working within a large accounting firm, a boutique valuation firm or an institutional/corporate investing organisationr>Strong technical valuation skillsr>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present ideas allenge thinkingr>Self-starter comfortable working in a team where project Confidential of multiple tasks is requiredr>Experience managing projects with several stakeholders rvice providersr>
