Your new role
As part of the newly established Valuations team, this role is responsible for the Fund-s valuation process for a diverse range of managed unlisted asset. Your role will involve oversight of the valuation process including the review of the valuation reports by external parties for a portfolio of assets. The role will also assist with theof departmental procedures idance, the co-ordination nfidential of the independent valuation process including liaising with the independent valuers, provision of information, facilitation of Confidential meetings, delivery view of reports mely instruction of valuation updates.
Some of the key responsibilities are:

Support the review of independent valuation reports, including model checks, verify accuracy of inputs, assessing the reasonableness of key assumptions mmenting on the appropriateness of the final value.
Collate key valuations metrics sumptions for consistency across the portfolio.
Assist in drafting requests for proposals viewing responses to appoint valuers to new assets in the portfolio.
Administration of the valuation timetable sure valuations are recorded on a timely basis.
Researching veloping valuation insights for use in the valuation of unlisted assets throughout the lifecycle buy, hold ll.
Supporting the response of any issues arising from the external audit process, regulators etc.

What you-ll need

Experience working within a large accounting firm, boutique valuation firm, or an institutional/corporate investing Confidential.
Proven, extensive valuations experience.
To be able to work in a team where project Confidential of tasks is required.
Experience managing projects with several parties rvice providers.
Advanced written rbal communication skills.
Tertiary qualifications in Valuations or a related discipline.
