What-s your mission-

Support the People stream lead to deliver end-to-end M&A / transactions activity e pre deal / due diligence, deal negotiating / signing, integration / separation planning plementationupportof our people transactions offering, including methodologies, approaches, tools mplatesoach velop our team in relation to people transactions capability through experiential rmal learningr>

What could your day look like-

Supporting the Manager, People Transactions with due diligence initiatives relating to potential acquisitions or divestments, working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated diligence support to M&A y business stakeholders
Working closely with the Manager, People Transactions her HR teams to identify antify key people risks sues i adjustments to bid price to inform bid price including drafting Board recommendations
Help inform implementation i separation or integration strategy anning, including synergy planning acking
Provide technical guidance to project team members, including collaborating with key HR, business amp;A stakeholders, as required
Support the people stream of an implementation program integration or separation to guide project team members nage key people risks in collaboration with the integration/separation office y business stakeholdersr>

What-s in your toolkit-
Extensive experience supporting end-to-end transactions programs within a people stream throughout the due diligence, deal negotiation, implementation strategy / planning /executionp> Technical, SME people transactions experience to provide technical guidance on employment related risks, issues to coach project team members
Strong quantitative alytical skills, with a strong commercial mindset
Ability to identify key value drivers y risks that impact deal value
Ability to work at pace, drawing on experience to solve complex Company problems
Highly effective thentic communication skills written rbal ility to build credibility with, fluence stakeholders
Ability to coach team members to develop owth their people transactions capability through a combination of formal ructured experiential learning opportunities
Proven track record with a strong delivery focusr>
