About the Role
The successful candidate will be an integral part of our clients administration team in providing quality administrative support in the day to day running of their operations, with the primary focus to deliver an efficient, effective and professional Administration service.

Duties:

Provide exceptional customer service and people logistics support
Assist in optimising transport and accommodation
Assist in the mobilisation of workforce to site
Undertake general administration duties
Use a variety
of systems, including our booking system SAMS (Workflow), Sure Site, Excel etc.

Desirable Skills:

Previous experience in managing travel bookings and mobilisation of large workforces for a major project in the mining sector would be highly regarded, however not required.
An understanding of transport, accommodation and rostering workforces.
Able to learn and adapt
