JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will be a key member of the Salesforce Practice, utilising your unique set of skills and experience to deliver quality outcomes for our clients.

A respected consultant and Salesforce advocate, you will provide high-end consultancy services across the SDLC with specific focus on analysis, solution design, hands-on configuration and delivery.

Building strong relationships are integral to the role, providing trusted advice and guidance to clients, partners and OSF Digital team through pre-sales activities and leading client engagements.

IT is expected that you will work with OSF Digital to develop and maintain methodologies, tools and best practices to ensure high quality, repeatable processes for the delivery of Salesforce consulting services.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate or conduct workshops, sessions and meetings to achieve desired outcomes and generate appropriate deliverables;

- Work independently or collaboratively to create an overall solution architecture and design to support business needs, quality standards and Salesforce best practices;

- Take ownership, accountability and actively drive business outcomes and deliverables;

- Working as part of a team or as an individual, deliver solutions to a high quality through hands-on configuration of the Salesforce platform, including external system integration, and data migration;

- Lead and manage client engagements and stakeholder expectations. Support clients and build trust by providing innovative, expert and valued advice;

- Adhere to the appropriate delivery and governance frameworks, including quality assurance and release processes;

- Provide oversight of the quality and approach to Salesforce implementations whilst achieving profitability, meeting agreed budgets and timelines;

- Identify and raise risks, assumptions and constraints in timely fashion to the appropriate stakeholders whilst actively working to provide remediation or mitigation for such;

- Keep abreast of market trends and constantly develop your own skills;

- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across the client base;

- Work actively with OSF Digital to shape the tools, artefacts and capability of a successful practice and market offering;

- Contribute to pre-sales activities as required, working closely with the OSF Digital business development team;

- Uphold OSF Digital-s values and contribute to a great work environment for other team members.

- Participate and lead knowledge sharing and coaching sessions with the OSF Digital team.

- Contribute to awareness of OSF Digital-s brand through authoring and distribution of approved public content (e.g. blog posts) or presentation at industry events;
