We have an exciting Sales Support opportunity for someone to join our national Sales Support Team, based in our Confidential Head Office on 12-month Fixed Term Contractp>

In this role, you will deliver world class customer support rvice ntribute to the creation of profit centre performance through sustainable of revenue for the projectsou will also contribute to sales activities including pre-qualification, nurture nversion to point of sale/p>

, the Sale Support function will operate from - ll complete a 38-hour weeks this role will require weekend work, there will be week-about rotating shifts with 2 consecutive rostered days off which will include one day of the weekendp>

Key responsibilities will include:

First point of contact for all incoming online telephone, website, social media ve chat
Qualify rture online customers with information, needs analysis nversion to Stocklferings
Partner with project sales team to drive conversion of online leads
Contribute to the delivery of agreed enquiry conversion rate from enquiry to deposit to settle per projectsbr>Contribute to the delivery effective sales pipeline using CRM technology
Follow Stockllling processes thods to deliver consistent customer experience to build brputation vocacybr>Utilise mmunicate sales scripts curate messaging to support qualification activities that educate, inform cite customers on unique ared feature nefits of the product rvices offeredbr>Build intain relationships with customers focussing on delivering exceptional service that embeds Stockl the preferred product choice in the market
Assist in maintaining appropriate systems, procedures ntrolsbr>Represent Stocklbrroduct rvices in a true curate mannerbr>Comply with licensing gal / compliance requirementsr>

What are we looking for-

Experience oven track record in a customer centric role in a sales rvice environment, relating to property, financial services, retail

Experience in qualifying ospecting new leads portunities
Fundamental plied underst of the customer journey/sales process along with customer centric procedures hos
Proven ability to work collaboratively
Experience & delivery of high-quality administrative tasks tivities
Experience with using CRM; Salesforce highly desirable
Appropriate licensing credentials is preferred but not essential
Exceptional customer service skills e ability to build strong relationshipsbr>Demonstrated questioning techniques to identify known known customer needs quirements
