Sales Assistant / Sales Representative/ Marketing Sales
We are searching for a new salesperson to join our established sales team. We- Re seeking a qualified sales representative to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, IT- essential that our sales rep be personable and professional.
Note : We prefer the person who can speak fluent mandarin & English. Must have knowledge regarding marketing, promotions, advertising sales or business administration preferred. Must have knowledge of driving & valid driving license.
Responsibilities:
1 - Represent our company- products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs
2 - Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
3 - Generate leads and build relationships planning and organizing daily work schedule to call existing or potential sales outlets
4 - Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
5 - Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
6 - Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
7 - Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
8 - Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
9 - Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
10 - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities :
1 - Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
2 - Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
3 - Possess in- Depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling
4 - Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive- Level presentations
5 - Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following an defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations
6 - Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met,
7 - Erforming market research and regular competitor monitoring.
Skills and Qualifications :
1 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem- Olving, presentation, and organizational skills.
2 - 1 years+ sales/ related experience, promotion company experience is recommended.
3 - Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.
4 - Personal integrity.
5 - Ability to travel at least 75% of the time to customer events.

Working hours are flexible, you can work as full time or part time. You have to work in Australia Office. Shift - 8 Hours Mon - Fri
