Your new role
The Risk Business Partner 1st line is responsible for role modelling iving a risk culture across People lture th key stakeholdersr>
Reporting to the Head of People Experiacne, the Risk Business Partner is a key member of Confidential-s People lture-s team, oader Risk community across the Fundhis role is responsible for operationalising the Three Lines of Accountability within People lture, supporting the implementation of the Financial Accountability Regime FAR ansition to BAU partnering with Group Risk nage open internal audit findingsr>
You will be empowered to manage the risks across the group, in accordance with the Fund-s risk Confidential framework including risk identification nfidential, risk profiling, risk reporting cident managementou will oversee oactively encourage the identification porting of key risks, incidents ndings, action plans through collaboration nsultation with the leadership teamr>
You-ll need

Strong underst of compliance regulations sk mpliance frameworks
Previous experience leading complex process improvement programs ange Confidential practices
Advanced influencing, communication, negotiation akeholder Confidential skills
Sound underst of ethical, commercial business practices in regulated environments
Collaborative, articulate rsuasive operator who can serve as an effective member of the People lture Department
Successful Confidential of complex projects manage competing deadlines within tight timeframes
Tertiary or similar qualifications in Business, or a related discipline
