JOB DESCRIPTION
The Reportable Conduct mpliance Administration Officer role is responsible for providing high level administration to support Child uth Protection Services in the effective Confidential of compliance gislative requirements for Reportable Conduct matters, information sharing porting to external governance bodies including the Public Advocate. The role is responsible for assisting the reportable conduct mpliance team in identifying, collating eparing Child Protection information for sharing with external entities ersight bodies consistent with the Children ung People Act . The position will assist in improving policy actice to support CYPS proficiency in compliance portable conduct. The position has a key role in ensuring quality data capture for compliance portable conduct matters.

Eligibility Other Requirement:

Prior to commencing in this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People Background Checking ACT will be required. on Working with Vulnerable people registrations refer to:

Essential

qualifications perience:

Educational, suitability ofessional qualification checks be carried out prior to employment.
Demonstrated experience in working with client Confidential systems, customer service cord keeping.
Current driver?s licence.

Desirable qualifications perience:

Sound knowledge of the ACT Reportable Conduct Scheme, Working with Vulnerable People legislation ild protection practices.

Note:
An order of merit be established from this selection process e used to fill future identical vacancies both temporary rmanent over the next 12 months.

Thisposition will be moving to a new workplace designed for activity-based working ABW. Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have a designated workstation/desk.
