About your Position:

We are seeking an experienced Remunerations nefits Specialist to join our team in our Richmond officeeporting to the Head of People lture this position will be responsible for the remuneration nefits strategy for the grouphis will include optimising our current remuneration nefits framework to ensure ongoing focus on ensuring retention of our Company ntinually ensuring we remain competitive within the marketr>

What your day would look like:

Provide expert advice pport stakeholders on remuneration issues
Conduct job grading evaluations lary benchmarking to make remuneration strategy recommendationsr>Manage survey submissions, benefit design surveys ndor relations
Lead the salary, short term incentives, sales incentives, superannuation nefits are benchmarked across the Australia using multiple data sources alyse the findings
Building strong relationships with our P&C Business Partners y business stakeholders across the Confidential
Providing consultative remuneration ward advice across key projects
Identifying oposing effective propriate changes hancements to existing reward frameworks to meet internal ternal needs
Providing advice on internal ternal market reward trends
Providing innovative reward solutions that meet emerging business needs gulatory requirements
Delivering remuneration education aching across the HR community
Maintaining an in-depth knowledge mmercial underst of performance ward, identifying emerging trends impacting on the Group's reward strategies ameworksr>Sourcing, analysing delling remuneration data sights to inform reward solutionsr>

What we need from you:

A track record in delivering broad remuneration projects lutions within an ASX Confidential
Strong analytical skills ility to concisely ickly insights from datatrong Excel skills are a mustr>Strong interpersonal akeholder engagement skills ility to build intain effective customer relationships
Demonstrated ability of solving complex, ambiguous problems by working consultatively with others monstrated capability to influence
Underst of the financial services environment is preferred but not essential
Demonstrated underst of equity ployee share schemes
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Finance or business related field
