Your Mission

As a member of the Strategic Delivery Portfolio you will be responsible for playing a lead role in representing our Division on the Group Risk program that is seeking to transformsho w we manage our operational risk ligationsthis role you will engage broadly ek input from across the Division in order to ensure effective design, implementation bedding of the Group Risk transformation program Implified e needs of AR&C are consideredgt;Assist in co-designing the future state for a simplified proved approach to managing operational risk ligations>Support in defining minimum sts llaboration requirements across the AR&C Division, implement bed improved tools ocesses>Partner with the Risk Change Senior Manager who will be leading the Divisions input into the Risk in Change stream>Be part of an exciting Enterprise-wide program to uplift Operational Risk mpliance in a modern novative way that works for both the Business, sk communities timately, our Customersgt;

Key responsibilities

As a Regulatory & Controls Governance Lead, you will be one of the key representatives for AR&C on the Implified programs program will replace all current Operational Risk & Compliance OR&C risk assessment models thodologies with a simplified, more stised approach to assessing naging the risks ligations across Confidentialgt;

In conjunction with the Head of Divisional Change
Regulatory & Compliance, you will work directly with the Implified program to co-design the tools ocesses across the program streams will also be responsible for engaging across the AR&C Division with Risk ntrol owners, Risk, surance to underste key requirements of the Division will be responsible for coordinating the testing edback for the design phase of the work streams, this includes the proposed systems, tools, processes, vernance practicesgt;

This knowledge will help the program to define minimum sts velop the approach, processes ols that will support those managing operational risk ligations or overseeing it to effectively ficiently identify then act on nitor their operational risksgt;

In this role you will support key outcomes of the Implified program streams, including

Define the target state approach for managing Operational risks ligations through business ta analysis, co-designing with key stakeholders across the Enterprise to establish a clear set of outcomes for operational risk Confidential>Determine the tools, processes otocols necessary to enable the target state igned to the Irogram tools>Effectively manage interdependencies on other programs of work across AR&C e Irogram
Influence to engage velop buy-in for participation in the program, especially where stakeholders/SMEs are not part of the funded program resource>Working with the Strategic Delivery teams surance teams on any uplift required around managing our operational risks ligations while Implified program is embedded so aligning with ANZx e integration officegt;
