Project Augur is a program of work focused on uplifting our internal dispute resolution customer complaints practices across Australia Retail & Commercial AR&C proving the customer experience through the complaints processhis opportunity has been created with a specific focus on ensuring we achieve compliance with ASIC-s Regulatory Guide RG271:
Internal Dispute Resolution

The Regulatory Change Solution Designer role will play a pivotal part in clarifying Augurs solutions against key obligations; document evidence; draft controls; monitor delivery schedule against RGp>

Is this role for you-

To grow successful in this role, ideally you will bring the following toolkit:

Relevant experience providing operational risk, compliance surance expertise
Experience undertaking one or more of the following:
solution design, control design, closure documentation nitoring, obligations Confidential
Attention to detail to ensure high quality delivery of solutions
Strong stakeholder engagement skills e ability to collaborate with the Business/Stream Leads to develop effective solutions that meet key obligations
Underst of operational risk principles gulatory expectations
Ability to manage priorities nflicting issues in a professional & risk based manner

In this role, you will report into the Regulatory Change Implementation Lead; work closely with Augur Stream Lead oject Assurance ross the assurance community/p>
