JP Smith Recruitment & Human Resources is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Support Administrator, who takes on new challenges and enjoys being part of a team. Specialising in Recruitment, HR, Workplace Psychology and skills testing, JP Smith focuses on providing first rate service and as the first point of call for candidates and clients. We are looking for a committed candidate dedicated to joining our team for the long term.   This role will see you providing exceptional administrative support to the Director and Consultants in all day-to-day operations. Your role is crucial to the continuing success of the business and is the hub for all tasks. Your responsibilities will include: Database management and data input; Holding general knowledge about each job to best assist candidates in their initial interactions; Liaising directly with clients and candidates to arrange meetings, interviews and testing among other tasks; Setting up documents for Consultants, including reports and letters; Electronic calendar/diary bookings and management;  General reception and administration duties including managing the admin components of the office;  Composing detailed candidate reports and preparing client documents; Assisting in providing candidates with high quality Resumes; Updating office procedures; Meeting with candidates post placement and completing reports on the interaction; Being motivated to ultimately take a proactive but non-intensive approach to Business Development, including calling potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, building
rapport and nurturing relationships with existing clientele; Providing high levels of attention to detail at all times; and Proactively supporting the Consultants and Director and some PA work to the Managing Director.  It is essential to have the ability to multi-task and prioritise according to importance and meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will be professionally presented, vibrant and have a "can do" attitude with supreme customer service skills and phone manner. Past experience working with databases and sound levels of computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Outlook, will be well regarded.
