The role

You will be responsible for end to end recruitment in a high-volume environment predominately recruiting Bus Drivers will also have the opportunity to take the lead in alternative sourcing strategies for lower volume positions including mechanical tradespersonsgt;

This role will see you take full accountability for the process low you the opportunity to think creatively about sourcing channels, ensuring the business attracts cruits a diverse group of ctes will have the opportunity to influence gage with all key stakeholders ucate them on best recruitment to ensure a great cte experience for all who applys role will also see you involved with onboarding activities mpany planninggt;

What you bring

To be successful in this role ideally you have

Experience running high volume recruitment campaigns in a complex environment
Experience ensuring talent pipelines are secured recasting future recruitment hurdles
Experience in alternative sourcing strategies for difficult to fill positions, or sourcing more diverse cte pools
The ability to interpret complex Enterprise Agreements gislation
Well developed communication akeholder Confidential skills
Excellent organisational ture planning skills
Proven track record working with PageUp or a similar large scale applicant tracking system
The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment working with multiple stakeholders>
