Job Description

Main focus?

Work autonomously recruiting for mainly hospitality staff
Deliver outstanding service on behalf of the business, managing a high volume of applicants
Ensure due diligence criteria is met - ref checks, appropriate licenses, working rights etc.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered as the "successful applicant"?

You will have proven experience within the recruitment space in a fast paced, high-volume, autonomous environment

Previous recruitment for roles within the hospitality space or some exposure to the hospitality
sector would be helpful but is not a prerequisite

Be diligent, with a high attention to detail, and have an objective focused nature

Have the capacity to start immediately or on maximum 1 -2 weeks' notice

Be someone with a bright personality, strong communication skills and natural confidence.
