The Company

Our client is a high personalized boutique accounting firm. They are looking for an experienced Receptionist, to come and join the team on a temporary basis for the next 6 months.

The Role

Reporting to the Office Manager this role will have a range of duties, responsibilities including:

Answering inbound calls in a professional timely managerOrganising facility maintenanceMaintain Boardroom, meeting rooms and organising Zoom meetingsIncoming and outgoing mailOrdering and maintaining office suppliesUpdate client details on the databaseAd hoc admin assistance to the administration team

Your Profile

You will have experience in Reception/Client Services/Customer Service

You will have experience using Microsoft suite

You will have the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively

You will be immediately available to commence work

You will have exception attention to detail
