Project Manager EMBR Program

The Event Confidential each Reporting Program is focused on delivering a new Operating Model forsho w we ensure compliance with breach reporting changes from Oct- ansformation of AR&C event Confidential practices, across Australia, Retail mmercial Division/p>

As a Project Manager, you will report through to the Operating Model Design Lead ll take lead on specified projects itiatives that form part of the EMBR program, within the end to end operating model ganization design streams/p>

Your day to day will consist of working with allocated squads to take lead in planning, organizing livering allocated projects on time, within scopehis will include projects itiatives to ensure readiness for Oct- breach reporting changes, as well driving transformation of the end to end lifecyclep>

This role also be required to directly support the embedding of new operational capabilities from Oct-/p>

The right cte will need to be versatile, agile mfortable working at pace/p>

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Developing intaining the project business case, facilitating its approval naging the project within scope, on timebr>Establish benefit realisation plans countabilities sist the impacted business units in the realisation of project benefits
Assist the Operating Model Design Lead in managing livering to end to end Operating Model requirementsbr>Deepens stains effective relationships with customers; anticipating sponding to evolving customer needs to ensure customer expectations are met
Controlling livering project communications to key customers / stakeholders
Monitor ntrol progress at a strategic level ovide regular reports on project progress
Develop, implement nitor appropriate risk responses
Initiate plement new solutions or approaches to improve project performance
Engage the governance body to optimise just project delivery inline with broader priorities nstraintsbr>Establish contracts, oversee procurement nage third-party contributions to the project on behalf of Confidential
Fosters collaboration across teams / functions / regions
Provide leadership rection for effective project delivery, monitoring intaining project team cohesion, stream lead dividual performance
Demonstrates splays a personal commitment to coaching ntoring others le models the Confidential values
Work with Line Managers in the region to develop, manage, coach ntor staff to ensure successful project delivery
