As a Project Manager you are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of both internal and external Cloud & Infrastructure projects including private datacenter upgrades, optimization, migrations etc as well as public cloud migrations.

Key elements include ensuring all programs of work are delivered to defined budgets, schedules and quality standards; and optimized from a resources & cost perspective.

You will work closely with internal implementation teams and external third-party providers to coordinate / verify deliverables in accordance with defined standards and change control processes.

Key elements of the role include:

Plan and execute Cloud & Infrastructure projects and ensure they are on time, budget, scope, and quality.Define, develop, communicate and maintain delivery methodology for the implementation of Cloud & Infrastructure projects.Produce documentation and template project plans.Work with internal implementation teams and external partners to ensure that dependencies, assumptions, risks and issues are identified, recorded and managed throughout the delivery lifecycle.Work with internal Cloud functions to identify requirements in relation to client implementation, platform management, operations management, and IT audit.Prepare Project Initiation Documents and outline scope, business objectives, and success factors for each project.Act as the Change Manager for the operational change control process (including CAB involvement for Project change).Manage
external partner expectations and ensure implementation is within the agreed scope / timeframe.Ensure appropriate submission and approval of project team timesheets and expenses.Assist Presales & Sales teams with Project sizing and Delivery process clarification.


Proven experience managing complex end-to-end Infrastructure and/or Cloud projects within regulated enterprise environments is required.

Experience / skills / knowledge is required:

Proven IT Project Management experience delivering end-to-end projects inside enterprise environments. Demonstrated experience managing complex infrastructure and/or cloud migration projects.Contract handling experience - including understanding, review, change requests, meeting obligations etc). P&L management experience.Relevant certifications e.g. Prince2, Agile etc Banking industry experience is highly beneficial.

Personality attributes and soft skills:

Core strength in time management, scheduling and organizational skills.Demonstrated third-party vendor management & negotiation skills.Excellent stakeholder management and people skills.Proven communication skills and the ability to translate complex Infrastructure/Cloud concepts into easily understandable language (and vice versa)

This is a full-time permanent role and is offering $140,000 - $150,000 (plus super) + bonus potential - depending on experience
