Project Coordinator - Cultural Diversity Resilience Project

Full time, maximum term position until
Based in North Melbourne, VIC

About the role

You will coordinate the Cultural Diversity Resilience Project activities in line with the funding agreement to ensure the key project deliverables are met.p>

You will lead a team of staff and volunteers across Emergency Services and the Migrant Support Program in the Victorian Division of .ou will support the Community Navigator, and a volunteer project team to develop Psychological First Aid PFA Training modules and material that are culturally responsive, and support culturally diverse communities impacted by COVID-.p>

What you will bring

Experience and understanding of community development and/or project management and/or community education programs
Experience working in cross cultural and linguistically diverse backgrounds, especially in a context of emergency preparedness
Experience managing and supporting volunteers in any relevant community context
Experience in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.r>Highly developed written and verbal communication including demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and database
Proven capacity to be adaptive and resilient and to work independently in a self-directed manner, and as a member of a team
Proven organisational and time management skills and ability to work to tight timeframes.r>

A Working with Children Check and driver's licence are mandatory requirements for this role./p>
