About the role

You will be key to supporting the delivery of tour Telecross leYarn programs in Victoriahese programs are delivered by our amazing volunteers/p>

You will be responsible for the recruitment, selection, training going support of these volunteers, as well as supporting volunteer coordinators sponding to client p>

Your role is also responsible in helping to manage the daily duty role 8-10am on a casional weekend which responds to emergency activationsp>

This role is part of the Social Connections team in Community Programs providing the opportunity to contribute to pport the wider team programs tivitiesp>

What you will bring

Vocational training in a relevant discipline or demonstrated experience in a Community Service program or similar position

Ability to follow plement organisational policies ntractual requirements

Experience in establishing networks ilding new relationships with external stakeholders

Proven highly developed organisational me Confidential skills

Experience working with managing volunteers would be very well regarded

Well developed skills in the recording of information into a data base, use of Microsoft Office suite cel in particular crosoft Outlook

Ability to develop liver innovative service rategic initiatives within budget constraints

Well developed analytical, problem solving cision making abilities with strong attention to detail

Highly developed communication terpersonal skills including with people from a wide range of backgrounds

Demonstrated experience in working within a team th limited supervision

Current drivers license
