As a Product Owner, you are responsible for ensuring the squad achieve their missionhe Product Owner constantly prioritises tasks e squad-s backlog with the customer at the heart of their decision makinghe Product Owner also ensures that the work is strategically aligned to the tribe mission gages with other Product Owners to align nage interdependencieshilst this role is not a people manager, it is a key leadership role, galvanising the squad around a vision pporting them to successfully deliver customer value at pacep>

You will work closely with the initiative lead, the Signavio platform support team siness units to plan, design, implement bed process solutions for all customers rtners in the AR&C value chainp>

This Product Owner role will have responsibilities across two areas:

Squad:
This role sits in the Embed squad ll be responsible for driving naging the embedding of process maturity uplift through to the implementation of projects itiatives to support risk reduction through good process managementp>

Tribe:
By enabling the squad to complete their work, you will be contributing to our strategic objectivesp>

Have demonstrable experience in project delivery - both business chnology
Ability to actively engage in the whole delivery lifecycle design, development, testing, deployment, operation, monitoring finement
Be a strong influencer, have the ability to communicate rk with multiple stakeholder groups ve particular strength in bringing multiple teams/capabilities together to achieve a single mission
Prioritisation, planning heduling techniques e ability to leverage ply the most appropriate delivery methodology to ensure the best outcome
