RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Plan, organize and drive product strategy, roadmaps and delivery across all organization's products and cross-functional teams

- Develop and iterate product management processes that exceed user needs, B2B partner goals and business objectives

- Collaborate and work effectively with engineering leads on technical solutions, dependencies, priorities, timelines and resource management

- Manage, communicate and co-ordinate efficiently the flow of product development between global locations

- Liaise and build lasting relationships with clients and partners to understand and develop new solutions, products & features to meet b2b goals

- Create concise and consistent product requirements documentation

- Champion product vision and strategy with regular internal communication and consultation

- Develop thought leadership of products and product culture by representing the company externally

- Work as a member of the Executive Team, VP's and Directors to shape and influence future products, business decisions and team development at the highest levels of the company

REQUIREMENTS:

-15 + years working experience in product management/development within a medium to large scale and fast-paced environment, 10 + years in a senior leadership of a multi-product team

-Senior product leadership experience in an industrial software company providing solutions to
industrial customers

-Ability to effectively lead while also creating product specs, working through operations issues and helping solve user and technology problems

-Proven working success with product development/product management/ownership and control standards

-Strong ability and experience in mentoring and leading a solid team and fostering inclusive, positive and high -performing work environment.

-Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong facilitation skills and a clear ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels

-Passion and successful track record in championing great experiences with superb attention to detail

-Ability to produce great product business plans, detailed plans set with facts and numbers

-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to connect technology risk and business impacts and discover solutions

-A demonstrable change management capability / track record

-Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline (Computer Science, Product Management, MBA or equivalent)
