The Role

The Principal Professional role contributes to the sales, profitability nfidential of work oplet provides leadership to professional chnical staff on complex, large scale projects that deliver high st outcomes for clientst is also involved in regular client liaison, businessnning workrincipals provide mentoring reerfor team membersake lead llaborate with other parties, to produce project deliverables to agreed deadlines sp>

Provide high quality service to internal external customers in all areas of responsibilityp>

Effectively manage any personnel sources within his/her team whilst acting as lead on a projectp>

Lead production of deliverables in the areas of railway track vil engineering dertake review ecking for all disciplines as required/p>

Promote innovation sure the best engineering practices sign tools are appliedp>

Assist in theof colleagues by applying high level of technical skillp>

Develop intain client relationships at the project oader organisational level omote businessopportunitiesp>

Assist in bid preparation d Confidential for medium rge opportunities as requiredp>

Minimum Requirements

Minimum 10 years- experience in general civil engineering background with experience in working for both government ivate sector clientsour civil design experience would include railway planning, design; operation intenance especially track alignment, railway earthworks ter-relationship of track vil disciplines with drainage, geotechnical, structures l other associated disciplinesp>

Project experience in the various stages from feasibility studies, detailed design delivery, hr to operations set maintenancep>

Knowledge of various engineering elements of a fully functional railway, including electrified passenger railway pit to port heavy haul railway will be highly regardedhis includes underst of interfaces teractions with key disciplines such as terminals, maintenance facilities, signalling, communication lling stock ternal stakeholdersp>

Demonstrated contribution to the delivery of successful railway related projectsp>

Communication skills - clear written al communication, able to communicate at all levelsp>

Excellent analytic oblem solving skillsp>

Innovative thinking ility to influence others for change

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor-s Degree in Engineeringr>

Membership of a relevant professional institutionhartered Professional Engineer CPEng or equivalent overseas professional recognition is preferable
