As the Principle Planner you-ll be responsible for ensuring all required sts, procedures idelines her required guidance material for allPlanning Services team planning practices are available rrentp>

Provide technical leadership pert guidance to thePlanning Services Team in assessing sponding to statutory planning referrals herbdivision with a focus on urban infill newal areasnsure thatmeets required sts including flood protection, stormwater quality, waterway amenity otection of our built assetsp>

In addition you will;

Support vise team members to guide resolution of complex matters sputes with developers, consultants ndownersr>Ensure that team processes required sts forbdivision with high quality outcomes in relation to our functions as a Floodplain Manager, Drainage Authority terway Manager; ensure we meet our Customer Charter atutory Planning obligations including flood protection, stormwater quality, amenity set protectionr>
