Job Summary

-s Building + Places team is looking for an experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer to support the continued growth of our business o has is looking to further develop their experience in delivering multi-disciplinary projectshese projects span a diverse range of sectors including Healthcare, Education, Commercial fencep>

Working within a dynamic, highly motivated iven team, you will mentor our junior staff velop our future engineerss an experienced Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will contribute to the winning, Confidential livery of moderate to large scale projects with an opportunity to develop a skillset within our Asset Confidential disciplinep>

As part of this role you will:

Provide mechanical services HVAC expertise adership as well as demonstrate broad knowledge of other engineering disciplines

Deliver design services vice direct to clientsp>

Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in project delivery

Participate in both mechanical terdisciplinary review of project deliverablesp>

Provide input to theof engineering budget hedule to meet requirementsp>

Develop cost estimates timates of technical efforts for projectsp>

Participate in businessrengthening our client relationshipsp>

Assist in work planning ogramming within the teamp>

Assist in training ntoring junior team members

Be an active ading member of the Building Services team ntribute to the team-s success

For the right cte, there will be an opportunity to get involved within our Asset Confidential capability rtner with our key clients in Healthcare mmercial sectors while building plementing effective asset Confidential strategieshis is an opportunity which will be driven by a cte-s appropriate motivation, skillset pability in this spacep>

Minimum Requirements

Proven monstrable experience leading Mechanical Engineering projects within the Building Services discipline;

Experience working for a Building Services Consultancy, ideally across multidisciplinary projects;

Ability to manage multiple priorities mmunicate effectively with both internal ternal clients around key dates;

Demonstrated experience in preparing technical design documentation;

Experience in managing project budgets sources;

Exceptional levels of written al communication;

Ability to mentor ovide technical guidance to junior team membersp>

Preferred Qualifications

BEng in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering;

Proven background in Asset Confidential nducting asset condition assessments, advantageous but not essentialp>
