About the Position
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager to join our high energy, friendly and passionate Pricing & Purchasing Team at our St. Leonards office. Be responsible for the successful operation from pricing & ordering through to delivery focusing on positive customer experience and team excellence.
You will be responsible for:
Functional responsibilities:
Ensure the efficient and accurate management of all asset pricing, to ensure Eclipx is accessing industry best automotive pricing
Responsible for the procurement process from order to delivery, including the effective communication across the relevant internal departments and with external suppliers
Develop and manage daily reporting to ensure the adherence of teams to agreed SLA’s
Manage the overall performance and relationships with dealers and OEM’s, in accordance with Eclipx Group service level requirements
Maximise resource allocation through regular workforce planning & forecasting
Act as a point of contact for escalations and issues, and proactively investigate root causes
Other duties as required
Staff engagement / relationships:
Role model, foster and embed the Eclipx values
Ensure direct reports have active job descriptions, balanced scorecards and development plans
Build and manage the capability and performance of the team, through bi-annual performance reviews, 1:
1 meeting, daily team meetings and other initiatives.
Continuous improvement:
Lead the team to implement projects designed to increase productivity and service delivery.
Control error rates to within agreed performance standards. Create a culture of “right first time” through quality assurance / risk mitigation methodologies and capability development.
