Job Summary

is looking for its next Practice Leader for our Sustainability & Resilience group in Victoria uthern Australian this role you will be a key member of our Confidential Sustainability & Resilience Practice ay an instrumental role in implementing -s recently launched global Sustainable Legacies strategyotably, you will be working with our market sector leaders ient account managers to embed Environmental, Social vernance ESG risks portunities into our client worko enable the successful execution of our Sustainable Legacies strategy, you will grow our practice rket share in sustainability silience servicesou will build ad a team of passionate illed sustainability silience practitioners ovide technical support in the areas of climate risk silience, urban resilience frastructure sustainabilityou will develop hance key internal relationships across technical practices, business lines ographies velop hance external relationships with key clientsp>

We are currently working across a number of infrastructure projects dustries to help our clients better manage climate change, oader sustainability silience risks portunitiese are using our skills rengths to help clients cope, recover osper, under changing conditionsn providing this advice to our clients the role will have the opportunity to be involved in projects at local, regional, state, national ternational scales, looking at sustainability, climate change risks & opportunities, vulnerability silience for both the public ivate sectorsp>

Our team takes an integrated approach to sustainability, climate change silience where we work with our teams ients to embed relevant principles, risks portunities into their core business whether that is asset Confidential, planning, design, delivery or project managementp>

Minimum Requirements

About you:

Development livery of technical excellence improvement initiatives to ensure we are strengthening the value we add to our clients intaining a competitive position in the marketp>

Ensuring that projects are delivered to a high quality on time budget, striving to exceed the clients' expectations through regular face to face feedback from clients ssons learnt session at the end of each project with the clientp>

In consultation with the IAP Work Group Manager e team, agree on project work work allocation among team members taking into account capacity, capabilities terests of the team membersp>

Focus on the practice-s strategic plan including clear BD targets aligned with the broader Environment nfidential BD targets, updated annually together with the teamp>

Continuous focus on identifying areas for improvement in our technical services to clientsp>

Engage with all business lines to build a strong underst of the value we can add as a practice t our services integrated into major bidsp>

Ensure a team approach to BD at BD targets are included in each team member-s annual objectivesp>

Build an inclusive, engaging, high performing team culturep>

Coach team members pport them in their professional developmentp>

Motivate the team to work together towards achieving the practice-s strategic planp>
