We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis rk closely with the State Sales Managerp>

For this role, you will be supporting in administration, communication formation/workflow Confidential lp enhance StocklBrd the Managers profile, partnerships, lationships with key stakeholders/p>

Key Responsibilities:

Organise mplete tasks, manage events, prepare presentations/correspondence, complete reports within set timeframes, draft letters nage emailsbr>Perform Information Confidential, including collection intenance of files/records, correspondence, oject files for easy retrievalbr>Perform diary rkflow Confidential with a focus on diary Confidential, travel, Confidential of approvals e provision of solid administrative secretarial support including the preparation of minutes, agendas, reports esentationsbr>Assisting with timely invoice payments, expense dget Confidential, her ad-hoc administration
Assist in maintaining appropriate systems, procedures, ntrolsbr>Provide updates to the Manager about key business ople issuesbr>Provide a warm lpful interface between the Manager, the General Manager, e key stakeholdersepresent Stockl a manner that enhances the brd Stocklvaluesbr>Liaise with stakeholders to ensure meetings are attended, reports / presentations are prepared within the set deadlines ild strong relationships through effective communication

What are we looking for-

2-3 years- experience in working without supervision in a senior Confidential environment subject to work pressures mpeting deadlinesbr>Experience in Confidential of events ojects requiring flexibility to meet deadlinesbr>Experience in building trusted relationships with Senior Managersbr>Relevant experience in using professional judgment mmon sense with an ability to recognise solve customer issuesbr>Working experience in using Confidential Windows applications for diary Confidential, word processing capabilities owledge of Excel spreadsheetsbr>Experience in planning acking one-off administration projects / initiatives
