The Role

Within this role, there is two duty statements

Personal Assistant to a member of the senior leadership teamOffice Manager

Some of your duties and responsibilities will include

Preparation of agendas, taking minutes at meetings, and distribution of actionsImplement and coordinate the school's employment processPreparation of reports and maintaining up
to date and accurate staff filesAdministration of the Synergetic Database System to maintain student information

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates who

Have previous experience as a Personal AssistantHave previous experience in Office ManagementHave previous experience using Synergetic Database SystemHave previous experience working in educationHave strong sense of community, positivity and organisation
