The Speech Pathologist will perform a range of professional, educational ministrative functions to support the TaLKERS speech pathology program which forms part of the Confidential-s Social Inclusion Strategy within the Enhancing Children-s Outcomes EChO approach ll provide coaching pacity building in our 4 year old kinder programs to support outcomes for children under Victorian State Government School Readiness Fundingp>

Key responsibilities include delivery y to day Confidential of the program including:

Delivering the program in consultation with othersr> Orienting key stakeholders to the programr> Providing support to Goodstart educators, Centre Directors ntre Support staff
to increase their underst ofsho w they can create environments that encourage pport children-s speech, language, emergent literacy cial/emotional developmentr> Working alongside Goodstart staff to build their underst of the tools chniques they can use in practicer> Communicating regularly with staff about the program, its goals, strategies tcomesr> Contributing to theof resources for use in the programr> Contributing to the evaluation of the programr> Providing regular information about the progress of the program e outcomes for childrenr>

To be considered for this position it is essential you possess the following skills perience:

A degree or equivalent in Speech Pathology eligible for membership of Speech Pathology Australiar> Demonstrated experience in the provision of innovative speech pathology services in early childhood settingsr> Demonstrated ability to work independently llaboratively as part of a teamr> A commitment to the access rticipation of vulnerable children in early learning re settingsr>
