Robert Half is currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Officer to join a well-established and growing industry leader in Melbourne on a full-time basis.

The Role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your duties will include:

Ensuring payrolls are processed accurately and on timeResponding to payroll queriesProcessing superannuation, deductions, salary packaging, salary sacrificing, & paid parental leave paymentsCalculating and processing termination, redundancy, back pays and advance paysPreparing and submitting Superannuation Payment monthlyCompleting monthly,
quarterly and year end reporting requirementsReconciliation of payroll accounts

Your Profile

To be successful, you will be an experienced and competent Payroll Officer who is able to work autonomously and take ownership of an end to end payroll function. Excellent communication skills, a customer service approach, and the ability to work to deadlines is also required. You will high attention to detail, the ability to problem solve, and a proven ability to pick up new systems, processes, and procedures.
