The Company

Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Payroll Officer to join an ASX listed company on a temporary to permanent basis. With brand new offices in Perth's CBD and flexible working on offer within a well-established and supportive team, this is the perfect opportunity for you to utilise and expand on your Payroll skills!

The Role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your key duties will include but will not be limited to;

End to end Payroll for over 800 employees.Processing payroll related payments for PAYG tax, authorised payroll deductions, superannuation and parental leave.Process new starters and terminations.Process long service leave calculations
and reconciliations.Respond to all Payroll queries.Apply payroll knowledge, knowledge of company policies and procedures and problem-solving skills to provide a quality response.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly management reporting.

Your Profile

Minimum 2-3 years' Payroll experience.Experience processing Payroll using Chris21 highly desired.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Experience on a large Payroll system highly desired.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.Must be available for an immediate start.
