Understd translate buyer requirements into a solution offering with approach, plan, proposal st estimate leveraging next gen Hire to Retire processing methods in Talent acquisition, Employee data Confidential, Performance Confidential, learning Confidential, Benefits administration, Payroll, etc as per Accenture HR Services offering catalogr> The solution needs to have the right collection of offerings like AI, analytics, Digital components, point solutions to specific process areas, applications & technology enablers
Prior exposure in underst or deploying end to end of HR tools chnology lpe in any one of HRMS/ HCM, Case Confidential tools like Oracle, SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow, Taleo, Cornerstone, etc-
Participate in scope discussions, solution approach e-diligence workshops with internal ient stakeholdersr> Prepare the cost estimate, schedule, work plan, resource/sourcing plan
Understd clearly define the input required to create cost estimates, Preparing the cost model estimates working with delivery, mobilization, technology, business transformation teams as applicable
Drive the necessary sign-off of the solution with proper input from the internal group on client business objectives, industry, risk assessment, budget eferences
Ensure compliance to the solutioning process, tools, ocedures as defined
Manage the sales team, subject matter experts required during the sales process e communication/collaboration with the delivery organizations
Direct ordinate with Legal & Commercial icing teams in areas specific to the solution to ensure use of sts
Collaborate with the internal groups to provide input to Terms nditions some cases accountable for specific contractual terms nditions
Interface with the delivery organization/s to ensure effective transition, shape services, collaborate on clear solution assumptions, determine appropriate service delivery locations lated cost to deliver
Collaborate as a key member of the sales team to represent the solution offering to the client buyer her internal Accenture groups

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications

8yrs+ experience in consulting/professional services/service delivery in HR experience can be gained through multitude of roles
4yrs+ experience in the outsourcing industry in areas of Solution design e-salesr> 2yrs+ experience in business development, sales strategy, proposalroles
Ability to travel
